Hi,
Thanks for writing! You can zoom in and out using Cmd/Ctrl + Scroll Wheel. But first, you should put some more text into the beats. The size is actually quite good for typical beat text, which makes the boxes a good deal bigger.
But either way, you can definitely work at a higher zoom level. You can also configure the default zoom level in Preferences. There are two zoom levels that you toggle between by pressing Tab, and you can configure both in Preferences.
