Hi,

When I try to syncronize, I'm asked to send in a crash report, which I do – but as soon as I try to syncronize I'm asked to do the same thing again. Also there is a small red square at the top which says I cannot save my work for safty reason. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

What platform is this on? This has a known resolution, but it's unique to each platform.
