Crashes immediately on startup on Windows 10

Green Screener seems to crash immediately on startup. It displays the bug report screen.
Once the bug report is submitted or cancelled the app remains active.
The eveness/keyer/color check and firmness levels can be selected but camera, image, settings, spanner and 'take picture' cannot.
There is no feed from my C920 webcam.

<edit> I notice my account shows 0 activations so, I am guessing, it's crashing before it can activate?
