I purchased the Shot Designer software in 2023 and installed it on an Intel-based MacBook Pro. Now, I want to use the software again but install it on an M1 MacBook Pro. Do I need to purchase the software again? I ask because I am prompted to pay when attempting to download it. Is there a specific link for existing users? Also, where can I retrieve my activation key as an existing user? Thank you. ---

Hi, You don’t need to purchase the software again. Did you purchase from the website or on a mobile device? Log in to your account at [Filmmaking Apps And Courses :: Main :: Hollywood Camera Work](https://www.hollywoodcamerawork.com/my-orders.html.), and see if you see either a purchase, or an IOS Transfer License. If you do, simply sign in to the app. If you can’t sign in to the app (no more activations), go to [App Activations :: Account :: Hollywood Camera Work](https://www.hollywoodcamerawork.com/app-activations.html) to reset your activations.
