Support for the legacy 2D version of Shot Designer for iOS/Android/Mac/PC
I used Shot Designer back in 2022. At that time I paid for it and was accessing it via username and password. It was not linked to an email then. Currently it is asking me to log in via email and password. I tried logging in via all the emails that I have access to but it doesnt give me Pro/Paid benefits

Indeed, we switched to an account-based activation system 6 years ago. If you purchased on mobile, you’ll need to transfer your Apple/Google purchase into your HCW account.
Ensure that the mobile app is activated with Apple/Google using I Already Own It → Restore. Then sign in to the app using your Hollywood Camera Work account (create one if you don’t have one). This is the first time we hear about the purchase. You should now see a Transfer License on the Orders page in your account, and you can now sign in on other platforms as well as sync.
