Can't Connect To Shot Designer Server On Desktop PC

On the desktop version of Shot Designer on my PC, I can’t connect to the network. I receive the message:

“Communication error. Can’t connect to server. Are you on the internet?”

Thus, I can’t sync.

And yes, I’m on the internet.

I’ve logged out–and back in–on both the desktop version and my HCW Account.

I’ve also reset my Shot Designer App Activations.

Neither effort fixed the problem.

I need to be able to use Shot Designer on my desktop PC.
