I cannot sync my account

i have had shot designer on the iphone for a while now and i wannted to get it on my mac. I paid for the subscription however i am unable to share my account between devices. i have tried to log in main times on both devices, i have changed my password, and every time i type in my details i press sign in and nothing happens. just a small loading screen and i am still not signed in, nor do i have any information about the issue.

When you purchase, it’s only between you and Apple, and we don’t know about it. When you sign in to the (already activated) app, we hear about the purchase for the first time, and create a corresponding order server-side, so that you can sync and use it on other platforms.

What specifically happens when you sign in to the already-activated mobile app using your HCW account? Is there an error? Endless spinning?

The other possibility is that you actually did this a long time ago, and have since maxed out your activations. Do you see an iOS Transfer License on the Orders page in your account? If so, how many activations do you see on the App Activations page? If 5, click to reset.
