Why Insert Beat Before | After menu items gray when selected beat not grouped? Key shortcut works, regardless.

So sorry for the delinquent response. I’ve been concentrating on code for a bit.
I’ve made a ticket. There’s no good reason that it would be disabled, since “before” and “after” are well defined places whether or not the beat is in a group.
