Hi there, I’ve purchased the Shot Designer pro on my phone(android), created and account on HCW, downloaded on my pc, but when I try to log in on pc says there is no orders or activation on my account. I had a look and there’s nothing there and I don’t know how to fix it.
If you purchased on mobile, you’ll additionally need to transfer your Apple/Google purchase into your HCW account. Ensure that the mobile app is activated with Apple/Google using I Already Own It → Restore. Then sign in to the app using your Hollywood Camera Work account (create one if you don’t have one). This is the first time we hear about the purchase. You should now see a Transfer License on the Orders page in your account, and you can now sign in on other platforms as well as sync.
