Payment issue on Google Play

I’m trying to purchase the pro version on my Android phone through the app;
It directs me to the Google payment system, and I choose the regular or other cards that I always use for my purchases. But however I keep getting the error message says

“Your purchase couldn’t be completed. Please update your Play account settings so that the selected Play country matches your country of residence.”

which is not correct. I did try deleting and re-downloading both Google Play and the Shot Designer app. I don’t have any country on my account, and I am trying to do the purchase in the same country that my Google Play settings are set to. Can’t figure out how to solve the issue. I don’t want to buy from your website because the price offered in my country is much cheaper.

This does sound like a Google Play issue particular to your account but mobile app stores are not the best way to get Shot Designer.

Go to Main :: Shot Designer :: Hollywood Camera Work , click Buy Now, and go through checkout using a credit card or PayPal, or any one of 30 other payment methods.

Basically when you buy on mobile, the purchase only exists on mobile until you take extra steps to transfer your mobile purchase into your Hollywood Camera Work account, which is cumbersome. When you buy on the website, it’s already in your Hollywood Camera Work account and you’re already done. All you have to do is sign in on the devices where you want to use the app.
