PRO not activated in Windows app after purchase

Hi,

I purchased Shot Designer, my order is active,
but PRO features are still locked in the Windows app.

I am logged in inside the app.

Account email: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Account name: xxxxxxx
Order number: HCW-000000

License shows “1 of 1 in use”, but PRO features are still locked.

Please activate PRO for my account or provide a solution.

Hi,

I’m sorry for the delay. The forum sent your post to review because you were posting personal information in it. It sounds like you’ve used all your activations. On the App Activations page, click Reset, then sign in again.

I already tried that multiple times and it does not work. Could you please check and activate my account manually?
I can add cameras, lights and objects, but all Layers controls are locked. It seems PRO is only partially working. Could you please check this?

Hi,

Everything looks fine on this end. You have one activations.

But actually, the layer controls aren’t locked. They’re layer locking buttons that you can press to lock a layer from editing.
