Question about license usage across multiple iOS devices and Green Screen testing on a temporary iPad

Hi everyone in the community,

I have a quick question regarding licenses and app installations on mobile devices.

I currently have the app installed and purchased on my personal iPhone, but I need to run some lighting and green screen tests using an available iPad that doesn’t belong to me permanently.

My questions are the following:

  1. Is it possible: Can I download the app on the iPad and restore the purchase to use the active license I already have on my iPhone, considering the general policy allows up to 5 personal devices?
  2. How should I proceed: What is the correct procedure to install and activate it on this temporary iPad without affecting the main account, and what are the recommended steps to properly log out or deactivate it once I finish the tests on set?

Unless that other iPad is under the same family account then Apple has no mechanism for doing that. But contact us at support@hollywoodcamerawork.com, we may have a workaround.
