Not much to say really. Categorizing tags would be simpler and more intuitive if tags could be dragged into folders within Research. Often I categorize tags after they are created. Going to “New Category” or assigning an existing category through the Edit Beat dialogue is a very convoluted workflow. And going to Research to access tag settings is frustrating because all the folders are there but inaccessible for this purpose (though folders serve a similar function for characters).

I agree that long-term, it makes. Research is kind of a UI mess right now, but the whole right side of research will be replaced with a canvas for each folder where you can spread out.
Tags can already be manually placed in folders in research, and that would have to go away, because it’s mutually exclusive with tags automatically placing themselves. But truly, the more research can organize itself, the better.
