Updating errors

I tried to update my Shot Designer from a 1.7 version the most current and I encountered multiple installation errors during the process. I have errors on the installation and I can no longer open my previous or current Shot Designer….only errors on installation or reinstallation.

I tried a complete removal and reinstall and I have the same “error” results.

I’d love some insight and guidance so I can get back to work! lol. Thank you.

Hi,

This is usually because the app is running. This current version is using the NSIS installer maker, and it had trouble detecting if the app was running, so we disabled that check. Future versions will use a more modern installer maker on Windows.
